Recently, Yaguang successfully completed a customized installation of a Uv System for a client's KBA 142-7+1 printing press. Efficient UV Lamp Cassette: Features an original reflective angle design, high-efficiency German coated reflector, well-known international brand combined high-low voltage electrical plugs, and Japanese SMC water quick-connectors with check valves. Ensures uniform light convergence and highly concentrated UV energy. Ink cures instantly, guaranteeing printing speed and eliminating the need for the production line to slow down for drying.
Intelligent Power Electrical Cabinet: Houses a stable and reliable circuit control system, providing consistent and precise power output. The modular design facilitates maintenance and includes multiple protection functions like overload and short-circuit, offering solid power support for the long-term, high-intensity production tasks of the 7-color+ 1-coating unit press.
High-Efficiency Cooling Exhaust System: The Uv Curing Process generates high temperatures. This system rapidly forces heat out from the lamp housing area, effectively protecting the printing substrate from heat damage, preventing deformation and discoloration, and thereby broadening the range of printable materials.
Water Cabinet: Works in tandem with the air cooling system to provide precise water circulation cooling for the UV lamps themselves. Maintaining the lamps at their optimal operating temperature not only extends their service life but also ensures consistent and stable curing results for every production batch.
