The Heidelberg CD74-7+1 printing press has been equipped with Yaguang Uv Curing system. This customer primarily undertakes various packaging printing tasks, imposing extremely high demands on the surface curing effect and production efficiency of printed materials. In response to the equipment characteristics and production needs of the customer, the Yaguang team tailored a pure mercury lamp UV curing solution, paired with an efficient water-cooling system to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.
The installed UV solution fully leverages the traditional advantages of mercury lamps in the packaging printing field. The mercury lamp wavelength range (245-425nm) allows for the selection of lamp energy based on customer requirements for printed materials, with varying energy consumption levels. Its main peak is at 365nm. With robust energy, it can swiftly penetrate thick ink layers, achieving deep curing, particularly suitable for the curing needs of solid areas, full-page prints, and high-coverage inks commonly encountered in packaging printing. Coupled with an intelligent control system, it enables precise adjustment of output power to meet diverse printing process requirements.
