Featuring an original reflective tilt angle design, high-efficiency reflector from Germany, well-known international brand combination plug for low and high voltage, and quick-connect water plug with a check valve from Japan SMC. Supports could be provided at each color unit, and the mercury lamp cassettes could be switched according to user’s requirements.
Main Electrical Control Cabinet
The output power of each lamp group automatically synchronizes with the printing press speed. Under guaranteed drying quality requirements, the system dynamically adjusts lamp power to conserve energy.
The system incorporates comprehensive protection functions to withstand high currents and voltages, including but not limited to: phase loss protection, under-voltage/over-voltage protection, real-time current protection during operation, overtemperature protection, circuit break protection, and electric shock prevention for human safety.
Cooling Water Cabinet
A low-power water-cooled chiller is employed to cool the UV system, achieving intelligent temperature control and energy-efficient configurations. The cooling capacity is designed to meet the full-power operational cooling demands of the UV system. Additionally, the chiller supports remote start/stop functions and status output signals.
Air Cabinet
The exhaust system comprises mercury lamp exhaust units and supporting ductwork. The mercury lamp exhaust components include dedicated exhaust for delivery and color unit lamps. It ensures complete removal of heat generated by mercury lamps during normal operation, discharging all hot air into the plant’s eco-friendly ventilation ducts, with adjustable airflow control. Unused exhaust ports (at positions without installed lamps) can be closed. The system’s fans are equipped with filters to prevent dust ingress, support airflow adjustment, and comply with national noise regulations.
