UV Drying System Daily Maintenance Checklist for Longer Lamp Lifespan
Proper daily maintenance of the UV system is the key to extending the lifespan of the light source and stabilizing the curing effect.
Mercury lamp exclusive maintenance:
Avoid frequent on and off operations. Reduce power in a timely manner when the equipment is idle under no-load conditions to protect the lamp tubes and extend their service life.
Exclusive maintenance for LED:
Regularly clean the heat dissipation air ducts of the LED beads to prevent dust accumulation and high temperatures, ensuring smooth heat dissipation.

Daily maintenance:
Clean the ink and dust on the surface of the reflector to prevent light intensity attenuation, poor curing and accelerated aging of the lamp.
Weekly maintenance:
Check the water volume of the water-cooled circulation and the filter to prevent waterway blockage and equipment overheating, and avoid premature aging of the light source.

Monthly maintenance:
Check the output power of the power supply, calibrate the parameters of the speed-adjustable light, tighten the screws of the circuit connection to prevent loose lines and avoid damage to the light source due to unstable voltage.
Quarterly maintenance:
maintenance: Inspect the terminal blocks of the lines and the shock-absorbing pads of the fans to eliminate resonance noise from the equipment and avoid circuit faults.
