Heidelberg CD102-4 Four-Color Press with Yaguang UV System Exported to South Korea
Recently, Yaguang’s custom-engineered conventional mercury Uv Curing system successfully passed acceptance testing and was packaged for shipment to the client in South Korea, where it will be integrated with a Heidelberg CD102-4 press to complete their production line upgrade.
Yaguang UV systems are custom-engineered specifically for retrofitting high-end imported printing presses, offering superior compatibility and stable curing output across diverse applications—including folding cartons, labels, specialty cardstock, and metal ink printing. Leveraging broad-spectrum Curing Technology, the equipment delivers exceptional adhesion on challenging substrates such as heavy ink deposits, dense pigments, aluminum foil, and specialty composites, effectively eliminating chronic industry issues like incomplete drying, surface tack, and high defect rates.
Following the successful retrofit, the production advantages have become immediately evident. The system features intelligent power synchronization and an efficient water-cooling structure, ensuring exceptional thermal stability. This eliminates the need for powder spraying, drastically improving the cleanliness of the production environment. Furthermore, the system delivers fine dot reproduction and uniform color saturation, effectively preventing issues such as set-off, blocking, and ink rub-off, thereby significantly increasing the yield rate.
The system enables instantaneous curing, eliminating the need for prolonged stacking or storage, thereby shortening production cycles and reducing warehousing footprints and labor costs. With low energy consumption and minimal VOC emissions, the equipment fully complies with stringent South Korean environmental regulations. Its modular assembly design ensures straightforward installation and disassembly, significantly lowering routine maintenance costs. Ultimately, this empowers the client to achieve stable, high-speed mass production, expand their portfolio of high-end orders, and solidify their core competitiveness in the overseas market.

Looking ahead, Yaguangwill continue to deepen its expertise in the retrofit and customization of high-end imported printing equipment. By delivering bespoke, high-performance Uv Curing Solutions, we remain committed to empowering printers worldwide to achieve superior quality, enhanced efficiency, and sustainable green production.
