The 8th printing unit was specially converted into a coating unit, enabling seamless switching between printing and varnishing. For the core lamp configuration, a solution of "3 curing lamps for the printing units + 3 curing lamps for the delivery section" was adopted. This ensures instant curing for color adjustment and complete drying of the final printed product, effectively preventing issues like abrasion and color bleeding at the source, thereby enhancing high-quality printing efficiency.

The Yaguang Uv System boasts strong compatibility and integrates perfectly with the Heidelberg SM74-7+1, highlighting significant advantages: Firstly,fast curing speed substantially improves printing efficiency and shortens delivery cycles.
