Heidelberg XL105 Upgraded with Yaguang UV System - Empowering Advancements in Printing & Packaging and Film Printing
We are grateful for the trust placed in us by two outstanding companies in Guangzhou and Yiwu, who have chosen our Yaguang Uv Curing system to upgrade their Heidelberg XL105 printing presses. These two companies operate in the printing & packaging and plastic film sectors, respectively. Yaguang's tailored upgrade solutions precisely addressed their production challenges, achieving a dual leap in both capacity and quality.
The Guangzhou-based client, specializing in printing & packaging, experienced a transformative upgrade with the installation of the Yaguang Uv System on their Heidelberg XL105-8+L press. This upgrade eliminated the traditional curing bottleneck. The Yaguang UV system's instant start-stop capability and second-level curing speed enabled simultaneous printing and curing, significantly shortening the production cycle. Subsequent processing could commence without waiting for ink drying. The cured packaging products boasted vibrant, saturated colors, with surfaces that were wear-resistant and scratch-resistant. Moreover, the system produced no VOC emissions or ozone, aligning perfectly with the demand for eco-friendly packaging and facilitating the client's acquisition of high-end orders for gift boxes and food packaging.
The Yiwu-based client, focused on plastic film printing, had a Yaguang UV system customized for their Heidelberg XL105-8+1 press. Utilizing low-temperature Curing Technology, the system overcame the heat sensitivity challenges associated with film printing. It effectively prevented PET and PE films from shrinking or deforming due to heat, ensuring precise dimensional accuracy. Simultaneously, the system was adapted to the characteristics of film printing, enhancing ink adhesion and resolving issues of scratching and color fading prevalent in traditional processes.
The modular design of the Yaguang UV system seamlessly integrated with Heidelberg models, while its intelligent light intensity adjustment feature accommodated various printing materials and speeds.
